  VIA FERRATA

Climbing cliffs already equipped with ladders, artificial holds, handrails and very aerial walkways

The name -via ferrata- come from Italy.

The first routes were equipped around 1914- 1918 by Italian soldiers, in Dolomites, to facilitate the movement of troops across the mountains.

Today people with good physical condition but not necessary expert climbers can also experience the fun and thrill of climbing vertical cliffs

This activity is not very difficult, however it can still be hazardous and requires a constant effort and control of the fear of heights.

The Haute Savoie valleys are rich of 5 via ferrata  all in magnificent limestone cliffs. Come with me and challenge yourself!
